By providing accessible, on-site wellbeing support, this partnership contributes to a proactive approach to staff wellbeing, early intervention, and the promotion of a positive and sustainable working environment. Where appropriate, elements of this provision may also support the school’s Personal Development offer by helping to develop resilience, confidence, and emotional regulation.
